i hav been playing softball for 5 years and pitching for 4.
i can pitch ok. but i can only pitch a fastball. i am 13 years old.
i would really like to learn how to pitch other kinds of pitches like drop balls, changeups, etc…
links or ur own advice would be nice.

also batting tips on how to hit harder and farther.. thx!

I did change my stance, the stance i was using hurt my knee too much from twisting. That my be my problem but my hands are so sore it hurts to type, drive just pick anything up.. it is in the area between my right thumb and my index finger it is that fattyor muscle thing in there and the knuckle bones under the index finger.. on my left hand its the palm on the out side, i have this huge blood blister thing in the shape of the bottom of the bat… and hurts… when i hit the ball lately it stings my hands and barely makes out of the infield.. I purchase gloves with padding in them for those areas it seemed to help with the soreness..
I am using a DeMarini B52 double wall 34/26…..This is the bat I Practiced with and have been using…
and just got(yesterday) a DeMarini F3 Half

What could I be doing wrong for my hands to hurt soo much and the ball not going as far...this has been happening before i got the onyx and the f3 I havent used those in a game but only practice...
old stance hurts my knee and I kind of need my knees to run...lol
Your right I am a righty, but I can switch hit.. and do just as good as a lefty...anyways My old stance was this, I would bend my knees and lean on my right leg and when I swung Id lean my body forward as I twisted my hips and it would twis my knee (Left)....
and I think your right, I think I to wrap my thumb around the bat..
Do you think my bats is too heavy or too light?? they feel okay to swing and eveything.. just the new one I feel a lil pinging in and it does feel shorter but ive only used it once...
