I’ve been using a 32/22 2008 model of the Easton stealth fastpitch bat. I like the 33/23 weight/length because its more comfortable. I’m buying a new Stealth and I don’t know if i should buy the 2008 model or the 2009 model? I haven’t read many reviews on the new model but the ones I have read are good. Any opinions on the ’09 model?

I am in the middle of 14U girls fastpitch travel softball tryouts. My daily routine starting this past week has been Monday, Wednesday, Friday: Batting Cages. Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday: Throw. Run: everymorning sprints/distance. Everyday: strengthening & conditioning stretches and exercises. If you have any tips for training, tryouts, nerves, attitude, diet…. ect. I would love for you to comment. Also my arm has been in killer pain for the past week because I went to softball camp for two weeks then took a week off then started training. Any suggestions for that either would be wonderful.
Oh I forgot to add that I’ve been playing for 2 1/2 years and I’ve trained hard in the past to get to the same level as those my age. And as for my arm…. I’ve iced it about three times a day for the past couple of days and I found the heating pad today so I heated the three parts of my arm as well.
My arm is/was hurting in the shoulder (in the back), elbow (right above it in the muscle) and the wrist (i had to fend off a grounder after a hop, going right at my face)
